When will my order arrive?

➡For in-stock items, we ship within Australia using Australia post. Your item should arrive within 5-7 days of being processed.

➡For Pre-order items, the shipping window will be stated in the description. These processing items may take a little longer; feel free to contact our customer service for updates on arrival time.

➡For Custom-made items, a 2-week processing period is required while we handmake your precious piece, and then 5-18 days to ship within Australia.

➡International shipping time is estimated between 2-14 days after order processing, depending on your country. An estimate will be available during checkout. Feel free to contact our customer service if you require a faster international shipping option.

➡Please note that during Holiday & Sale periods, processing times may be extended due to delays & order influx.

The recipient will be held responsible for international shipments which may be subject to import duties and taxes. Please be advised that these charges are levied by the destination country and we do not have control over them. In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned and will not be re-shipped. Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping, customs, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.
