This policy applies in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Return Window
You must request a return within 3–5 days of receiving your order. Requests made outside this timeframe will not be accepted.
Eligibility
Returned items must be:

in the same condition as received,
-
unworn and unused,
-
with all original tags attached,
-
in original packaging, and
-
accompanied by proof of purchase.
Please email coms@reborneshop.com to request a return. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Change of Mind

Refunds are not available for change of mind.

Approved change of mind returns will be issued as a REBORNESHOP gift card only.

No exchanges are offered for change of mind.
Pre-Orders & Short Pop-Up Items

Pre-order pieces are final sale: non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty.

Short pop-up items (limited releases marked on product pages or receipts) are also non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty.
Damages & Issues
Inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at coms@reborneshop.com if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will assess the issue and resolve it in line with your rights under the ACL.

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

Short pop-up items
Shipping Responsibility

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and will not be covered by REBORNESHOP unless the item is faulty.

All items are carefully inspected and photographed prior to shipment to verify their original condition.
Refunds

If a return is approved due to a fault, we will notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.

Approved change of mind returns will receive a REBORNESHOP gift card only.

If more than 15 business days pass since we approved a refund and you have not received it, contact us at coms@reborneshop.com.

If the order or item had free shipping applied, any refund or gift card will be the value of the item minus the shipping paid for by Reborneshop.
