Shipping & Duties Policy

REBORNESHOP is a curated marketplace representing independent and emerging designers from around the world. Shipping timelines, origins, and any applicable import duties may vary depending on the brand you purchase from and are the responsibility of the receiver.


1. Shipping Times

Orders are processed and shipped as efficiently as possible. Timing depends on the designer’s location, production method, and stock availability.

Estimated timelines:

  • Australia-based brands: 2 to 5 business days processing plus standard domestic shipping

  • International designers: 5 to 10 business days processing plus international delivery times

  • Handmade or made-to-order items: 10 to 30 business days, as written in the description.

Some pieces are handcrafted or made in limited batches. These details are usually listed on the product page and may slightly extend processing times.


2. Shipping Origins and Multi-Brand Orders

REBORNESHOP collaborates with designers in various regions. If your order includes items from more than one designer, it may arrive in separate parcels.

You will receive tracking numbers for each shipment where available. Shipping costs are calculated based on each item’s origin and displayed at checkout.


3. Customs Duties, VAT and Import Taxes

For international customers, especially those in the EU, UK or USA, please be aware:

  • Your country’s customs office may apply VAT, import duties, or handling fees

  • These charges are not included in the order total during checkout

  • All customs-related charges are the responsibility of the customer

REBORNESHOP does not have control over these fees and cannot reimburse them. If these charges are not paid and the item is returned to sender, additional costs may apply before re-shipping.


4. Lost, Delayed or Returned Packages

Once your order is dispatched, it is in the hands of the courier and subject to transit, customs processing and local conditions. We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by customs or postal services

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • Orders returned due to unpaid import fees

If your parcel is returned to the sender, we can re-ship it once the new shipping cost is paid.


5. Pre-Orders, Made-to-Order and Atelier/Studio Fulfilment

Some items are pre-ordered or made-to-order and may take longer to ship. Production time is noted on the product page.

  • Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once production begins

  • Made-to-order items may not be eligible for return unless faulty

  • Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, with tags

  • Some international items may be marked final sale due to customs processes

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty


7. Frequently Asked Questions

Why did my order arrive in multiple parcels?
Each designer ships their own items, so multi-brand orders are sent separately.

Can you mark my parcel as a gift to avoid duties?
We are required to declare orders accurately for customs and cannot adjust this.

Do you offer express shipping?
In many cases, yes. Please email us before ordering to confirm the possibility and cost.

What should I do if my parcel has not arrived?
Email coms@reborneshop.com with your order number and tracking link. We will help follow up with the courier or designer.
