Gabriel Necklace

A shining beam of pearly light striking upon the crust of the earth. The first act of initiation, a final sentence: malleable armour adorns one half of the exposed neck, while the other half surrenders to an equalising force, iridescent and freeformed. Handwoven chainmail calls back to the techniques of medieval antiquity, a type of armour that protects the wearer of this piece. Soft and gelatinous freshwater pearls adorn the opposing side, each singular and different in their organic baroque formations. Adjustable to be worn loosely around the décolletage or tighter around the neck as a choker.
