🅐 VINTAGE RETURNS POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL for second hand items!

At Reborne, all pieces are unique and one off therefore all sales are final. Due to the exclusive nature of our products, returns, exchanges and refunds are not viable. 

If you have any concerns on your order in regards to size or material - please do not hesitate to contact us prior to placing your oder on info@reborneshop.com 

 

🅑 DESIGNER RETURNS  POLICY

We are able to offer exchanges & credit notes within 14 days on the Designer garments only, unless your item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.


Sale items are final sale and not available for return unless faulty.

Due to Hygiene reasons, all accessories are unable to be returned.

To Exchange the Designer pieces ( Not second hand items ), please:

 

Check your item is unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and has all tags still attached.

Please reach out to our customer service team for return approval; we will provide you with a return form and shipping address.

Pack your order securely with all original packaging and send it back to us via an insured and tracked satchel. Keep your tracking number as if it is lost before it reaches REBORNE SHOP we will not be able to assist and you will need to follow up with your courier.

Please advise us of your tracking number so we can process your return as quickly as possible. We will advise you once we receive your item and again when any refund or exchange is processed. We endeavour to process returns with 2 weeks of items being received back to REBORNE.

Please note that all shipping fees & import duties are non-refundable.

 

We do not accept exchange(s) if:

1. The products are damaged due to your mishandling

2. The  exchange request is not approved by our staff due to the damage on the garment(s).

 

The following items are not considered defective:

 

Items that are originally manufactured without tags or labels

Items with creases that may have been made while shipping

Items with unsatisfactory/incomplete finish due to  production

 

If there is a missing item from your order:

*Please keep all contents of the original package including packaging material (boxes, plastic bags etc.) with you until you are instructed otherwise.

 

Please note that we may not be able to process the refund for your missing item if you lose or damage any packaging material.

When will my order arrive?

For in-stock items, we ship within Australia using Australia post. Your item should arrive within 5-7 days of being processed.

 

For Pre-order items, the shipping window will be stated in the description. These processing items may take a little longer; feel free to contact our customer service for updates on arrival time.

 

For Custom-made items, a 2-week processing period is required while we handmake your precious piece, and then 5-7 days to ship within Australia.

 

International shipping time is estimated between 2-3 weeks after order processing, depending on your country. An estimate will be available during checkout. Feel free to contact our customer service if you require a faster international shipping option.

Please note that during Holiday & Sale periods, processing times may be extended due to delays & order influx.

Important: Your order is shipped once your payment has been cleared. Please contact us through our email if you would like to request an exchange or return on your order.

The recipient will be held responsible for international shipments which may be subject to import duties and taxes. Please be advised that these charges are levied by the destination country and we do not have control over them. In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned and will not be re-shipped. Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping, customs, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.
